Just as the Farseers guide the fate of the craftworlds, so they guide their armies in times of war. A Farseer can uncover the enemy's intentions, calculate the likely effects of his clumsy attacks, and guide him to his doom. Farseers are often accompanied in battle by a bodyguard of Warlocks. Warlocks are Seers who once trod the Path of the Warrior, and it is their previous experience as warriors that enables them to harness their destructive impulses in battle.
