Khazad Dum

Balin, son of Fundin of the folks of Durin, was one of the most famous Dwarf heroes of his day and age. He led a Dwarven contingent to reclaim Khazad-dum, the greatest of all the lost kingdoms of Dwarves. Initially he was sucessful and was crowned Lord of Moria, but later he was ambushed by goblins and slain. Not until the Fellowship discovered his grave would the rest of the world discover what had occurred those long years ago. This special box set contains King Balin and 8 of the special Khazad Guard, his elite bodyguard.

The Balrog is a mighty creature of great age and power - a monster of a rare and horrific kind. Of all the evil powers in the world it is amongst the most potent and formidable.

This boxed set comes with everything you need to build a single Balrog model with either flaming sword or flaming whip arm.

At Strength 7, Defence 7, 7 wounds and 4 upgrades available this is an essential monster for any Evil force. (Yes, it is an ally for all Evil Armies!) This box contains 1 multi piece metal Dragon that requires assembly. We strongly suggest using pinning and Green Stuff for use with this model.

Each blister pack contains one model of The Goblin King, ready to lead the hordes of Evil in Moria.

The ruler of Khazad-Dum at the height of its glory. Durin was a stern and just king, named after the father of the Dwarves. Amongst the warriors of the Dwarves, Durin was peerless, armed with a legendary axe and armour of the very finest quality. Mardin is King Durin's life ward. Normally the role of the king's personal protector is offered to a member of the Khazad Guard, but Mardin, a veteran Vault Warden, has proven his level head and strong arm in many a battle and there is no more dependable companion to be found.
