"Since everything that was promised to me came out I must give a 5/5 rating! I am very glad about the way things went. Paul and Sarah answer your questions almost immediately and I even received an apology, because of his, in his words, 'late response'(1 day after I e-mailed him). I would recommend total-wargamer to my friends and in fact I have already done so, but they are too lazy to buy products via internet and they want to have their stuff immediate.. Thank you very much for the very good service!

Beste Paul en Sarah, erg bedankt voor jullie goede service. Vragen werden meteen beantwoord(binnen 1 dag) en er werd binnen de afgesproken tijd bezorgd(10-15 werkdagen). Ik zou totalwargamer zeker bij mijn vrienden aanraden en ik heb dat ook al gedaan, ware het niet dat mijn vrienden het niet helemaal zien zitten om via internet een bestelling te plaatsen, ivm de bezorgtijd. Nogmaals bedankt en wellicht tot een volgende keer!

they resent everything that i ordered when it was lost on the way to Norway. There aren't many who would do that.

In my experience the customer service they offer is the best I have yet experienced and their products are the best prices to be found anywhere.
