"Long term customer. I have placed lots of orders, with 1 or 2 being a little slow to arrive (due too the Christmas season) but they always get here in great condition, lots of care goes into packing.Ccommunication is excellent and the people are friendly, anything you think is wrong they will jump on it right away and check it out.

I buy all my modelling stuff from here as it has the best prices I've found on the net and on the street.

"Excellent service, and very helpful despite them having a few problems with moving offices, which I completely sympathise with. Paul has been helpful throughout the order process, and offered to split the order when a large portion of it was out of stock. Which I accepted. First package arrived in excellent condition, very well packaged, safe and secure.
I even requested a small addition to the order which hadn't been sent out yet, which was met with an email within a few hours with a paypal payment request for the (discounted since it's so cheap!) exact cost of the item, with no extra charge.. champion if you ask me!
Should be receiving the rest of the order this week.

Can't recommend them enough, looking forward to the rest of my order. I know where I'll be ordering from in future! All businesses should be this helpful."

"A very good service, exemplary communication. One small snag is that there were no notifications of totalwargamer moving warehouses and would disrupt deliveries, however this was explained in a note when enquired and package was sent 1st class mail.

Good service, keep it up."

"Recieved a miss-cast GW mode as part of my orderl, where the model had not been properly formed. Contacted TW customer support and my issue was handled quickly and efficiently. Recieved a replacement kit in the post a few days later. Great service, well recommended."
